[ Google Review ] The airport inside is very clean and organized, I had zero issues finding anything that I needed. Security was very fast, it took no longer then 15 minutes which was great! There’s lots of little things shops selling various items and lots of different food options. The only thing that is weird is the outside pickup, my friend had picked me up and it was extremely confusing to find where we both had to go to pick me up but other than that the airport is great!

[ Google Review ] Excellent front desk staff and customer service and room met all of our needs! We had some last minute plan changes and needed to get a hotel late and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating (especially compared to nearby hotels). Breakfast provided exceeded expectations here and we were very relieved the hotel offered what we needed last minute. Location felt safe and was not noisy at all.

[ Google Review ] I stayed here for a month. Pros: very clean, mostly quiet, spacious rooms, front desk staff were all awesome! Felt very safe & it is in a great location, too! Rates were extremely affordable. You should know: part of the reason the rates are so reasonable is because there are no hairdryers, irons, coffeepots, microwaves or fridges in the rooms. Pets: they are very accommodating with pets (up to 2 per room) without charging a pet fee. Cons: was woken up early several times up by loud housekeepers (talking loudly, banging mops against the floorboards) One person brought her baby (less than a year old) who would scream & cry in the hallway unattended for sometimes 10-15 minutes! Now, please understand, I have no issue with a hardworking momma bringing her kid to work because times are tough, but a screaming baby is not the experience I paid for. The rooms/hallways can get noisy. None of the guests were exceptionally loud, but you can hear everyone's conversation when you walk down the hallway. I was woken up by one of my neighbors snoring. If you have a "private moment" with your spouse, well, I could hear that too. Summary: the noise was a huge inconvenience and source of frustration, but I still recommend this hotel for everything they've gotten right.

[ Google Review ] The staff at this hotel were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had updated fresh decor and linens. Restaurant and pool amenities were unavailable because of it being off-season, but there were plenty of places to eat nearby. My only complaint – and this is not the hotels fault – was the noise in the parking lot VERY early in the morning. There were 3 or 4 construction crew trucks in the parking lot and a few of the “gentleman“ who drove those trucks were yelling at each other at 6 AM. Again, not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people staying there. This isn’t the first time thats happened to me at a hotel. Since this hotel property is quite large and expansive, maybe they should put all those guys together away from everyone else.

[ Google Review ] We had an exceptional experience! The customer service was excellent and though they don't advertise breakfast, they had a good continental. The rooms were a little dated but clean. The price was so good that it didn't matter.

[ Google Review ] There should be a multiplier for national parks. Five Stars is not enough! We visited in the winter to avoid some of the crowds. But we didn't realize that the week of Christmas is VERY POPULAR! It was very hard to find a parking space and the shuttle does not run in the winter. But we managed! If you do not want to do any hikes, you can see this park in one day easily. But you would be missing out on some awesome views that are only available by hitting a trail! There is one road in and it dead ends. So you could simply view the canyon from the stops. We spent several hours just walking along the rim and then did a hike from Sunrise Point to Sunset Point on another day. Absolutely beautiful park! The hikes would be extremely hot in the summer as there is not much shade available.

[ Google Review ] Wow! The room is great! Super clean! Have a microwave and refrigerator, which is convenient. Shuttle stops nearby and takes you to the National Park. Many stops that have jump on/off options! Riding the shuttle is so fun, and you can see things without driving 🚗 on your own.

[ Google Review ] The room was good, very basic but a nice comfy bed and pillows! Our room was next to guests who had a loud family, baby and the room was adjacent to ours so it was horrible. Not the hotel fault just sucks room walls were thin. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the part of the strip we needed. For the price we paid we got a good deal and can't complain much. But the room was clean and the service was good!

[ Google Review ] Though we did not have hot water in the morning because the pipes froze, I would still highly recommend this hotel. The room was very, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and nice. Area is safe, quiet, and close to everything.

[ Google Review ] Yesterday, on December 30th, 2023, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at the Evergreen Lodge at Yosemite. This visit was a long-awaited one, as I have always been curious about the lodge's dining experience. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded in every way. We arrived a bit early, about half an hour before the kitchen opened, which gave us a perfect opportunity to enjoy some time at the tavern. The atmosphere was inviting, and the selection of beers and whiskeys was great. Our bartender, Mark, was the epitome of hospitality. His warm welcome and friendly chats added a special touch to our experience. Heeding Mark's advice, we chose to dine at a table in the tavern instead of the restaurant, which proved to be a fantastic decision. The tavern had a cozy and lively ambiance that perfectly complemented our evening. When it came to the meal, we all opted for different versions of their hamburgers with fries, along with a few drinks and an appetizer. The burgers were a culinary delight, cooked exactly to our preferences. It's not an exaggeration to say these were some of the best burgers we've had in a long time. I also want to extend my thanks to Samantha, who contributed greatly to making our visit memorable. Her service was impeccable, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. In summary, our experience at the Evergreen Lodge was nothing short of remarkable. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
