[ Google Review ] My worst experience of any hotel! I don’t know who has given them the 4 stars! With this price they don’t do the most ordinary services that you should get in a hotel. I stayed there for two nights. The second day looked for the sign for cleaning the room to hang behind the door when I leave the room, there was no sign, so I told to the receptionist. She told yes we don’t have any sign, what exactly you need! I told just a daily cleaning, changing towels, removing trash and so on. In the evening when I came back I saw they just put a bunch of towels without any design in the bathroom and removed trash! They even hadn’t taken dirty glasses that I had coffee in them, nothing nothing else! For shampoo, conditioner and …, they had just big bottles of them which had been used by previous guests! It is not hygienic! They should give one-time usage bottles to the guests! No disposal slippers, toothpaste, … nothing! And, the interesting point is with this quality of customer service, in addition to $310 per night, they took $57 from my credit card for amenity fee and the hotel workers protection fee 😳 even if you didn’t use ANY of the amenities!

[ Google Review ] Amazing food! Though the food tends to run pricey, the portions fit the pricing quite well, so be prepared to take home leftovers. The inside of the restaurant has a nice, warm, vibrant atmosphere. The staff was just attentive enough but not overwhelming. We got seated immediately considering we got here around 5pm and the server took our order exactly when we decided, so no time was wasted. Their noodles are supposedly made to order, and they definitely tasted as such! They were really chewy and tasted super fresh. The soup came out really hot. I ordered the spicy seafood kalguksu and the spiciness wasn’t super strong as Korean food can be, but was just strong enough to complement the seafood, noodles, and veggies that came with it. Overall, some of the most satisfying Korean food I’ve ever had at a restaurant in the US and definitely would recommend.

[ Google Review ] I'm glad they now have locations in LA. I use to drive all the way to San Gabriel just to get these. We got their single Coco, their red bean, the oatmeal, and the taro. I've tried their strawberry and mango, those are also good. All of these are not sweet, just perfect. Please open a melo melo in OC!!

[ Google Review ] The dining area is closed at the moment for safety precautions. You will wait outside in a line to enter to order and then wait outside until they call your name when the your food is ready to be collected. Their brioche was really good but I was extremely disappointed with their signature dish. There’s hardly anything to eat in there.

[ Google Review ] A pretty cool lights display! This lights art installation is amazing and worth the visit to this place. It really lights up our spirits too! Only drawback is that you can never take a picture without any people walking amongst these lights, since this place is super popular and will have tons of people visiting it at any time of the day. But the best time to see this grandeur is after dark, once the lights are on and shining bright!!

[ Google Review ] Noodles were perfect! Eggs were perfect (yolk was still runny, SO GOOD)! Broth was so flavorful! Definitely would go back for more. It was also so filling so you don't have to worry about not having enough. The broth sticks to the noodles really well so it's easy to get a lot of flavor in each bite. Would highly recommend.

[ Google Review ] Wonderfully chewy udon and soothing soup. The little additional appetizer pieces are also delightful. The croquettes are smooth and soft inside while still crunchy on the outside. The roe adds a nice saltiness to the mix

[ Google Review ] Creme Brule custard crepe cone / 5 🌟! I have been stopping by this dessert shop for years now hoping to sample the delicious crepe cones I've seen on social media but I used to keep forgetting they don't open until 1! The other day I finally realized I was in the area after 1 and went to try it out. What a freaking great idea by the way. The cone is a crepe, cooked expertly. Then they add a generous amount of 🍮 custard, the kind that goes in a creme brule. To complete their signature dish, the torch the sugar layer for a crackling top. I really should have immediately gone back for a second one. So good. I would have tried the fresh strawberry add-on. They have more to offer and everything looks great. Dessert lovers should definitely go check it out.

[ Google Review ] HomeState has opened its newest location on what is fast becoming restaurant row in Sherman Oaks. A great open and airy space with awesome drinks (spicy Paloma was killer) and tasty Tex-Mex tacos, there’s something for everyone! Breakfast tacos to regular tacos, love the flour tortillas. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood! Check it out!!

[ Google Review ] It was a fun experience. We took lots of pictures! The only thing was that it was super HOT! It’s not completely a closed building the front is open so the ac does not refresh the whole place. Another sweet thing is each picture has a floor indicator to snap the perfect picture at the perfect angle Overall fun!

[ Google Review ] It was a great experience. I am Spectacular, Eclectic, Opulent, Enthusiastic, and many other things but those are the ones I remember the most and recommend. The cafe has a great atmosphere and a very open look. My friends and I were greeted kindly and we had an initial server that was okay, but she left for the day and was replaced by a server and he was fab! All the food is plant based which makes it easy for a "mostly" vegan like me to pick what you eat. Everyone was satisfied with the portions and flavors. Please do yourself a favor and get the coconut calamari. I will definitely be back, especially to try their other dessert options!

[ Google Review ] Absolutely incredible! The architecture is just breathtaking. Every corner that you turn is a new surprise. The concert hall itself is so incredibly laid out that acoustically it's one of the best concert Halls I've ever visited in the entire world. And it's just gorgeous. Visit for the architecture alone, but absolutely enjoy the music. Especially there new works programs. Can't wait to go again.

[ Google Review ] Art museum showcasing the Broad family collection. You have to make ticket reservations online in advance; note that the general admission ticket is separate from the infinity room tickets, so you need to make sure you select both things when reserving tickets. The infinity room tickets go fast, so you need to make them at least a month in advance. There’s a parking lot but it’s $17 for three hours; you can try your luck at city lot instead for $9/$10. Tickets are free but they do have special exhibitions which are paid-admission. Masks were encouraged but not required when we went. No food or beverages allowed. Backpacks need to be worn in front of your body. Some of the art was not kid-friendly, and there are warning signs indicating such. There are restrooms on the second level. You take the escalator up to the third floor and work your way around. You can get a peek at storage while taking the stairs down to the second/first level. Overall, it’s a really fun way to spend a couple of hours to a full day looking at an eclectic mix of art.

[ Google Review ] Amaaaazziinngg freaking Udon. Creative innovative dishes fused with udon and other ethnic foods!! The curry udon was a great price and was very very flavorful, and had the classic curry taste with udon noodles A good amount of vegetables, and the pork was sliced very thinly so the meat tasted very juicy and tender. Overall the curry udon was Absolutely delicious 😋 My friends had the uni udon and spicy udon, both liked their dish. I wanna try the miso carbonara udon next time. Yumm

[ Google Review ] Tiny little spot with little tables and some booth style seating. I sat on the bar. The restaurant is small, but the food came out incredibly fast. The Ramen was some of the best I ever had. Noodles were perfect, and the broth was the highlight! Straight fire! My spring rolls were cooked to a perfect crisp, and the sweet and sour sauce was kind of pink in color, and had a very unique flavor I loved! I also got some sashimi that I will say didn't seem the freshest, but I enjoyed it. I only saw the server once, the service could have been better if when the food was dropped we were checked on, but all and all this was a pleasant experience.

[ Google Review ] really lovely place for all things books!! they have every subject imaginable, new and used books. There are so many cool book related art pieces around, and actual art galleries on the second floor! The bottom floor is more traditional bookstore with the layout and types of books (with a movie and music section as well), but the 2nd floor is definitely my favorite, it has a very cozy feel with the unique layout and of course the famous book tunnel. There are places to sit and read too! A book-lovers paradise!

[ Google Review ] I love this place! They always keep updating the attractions. There is a significant variety of food options to choose from. I would definitely try to avoid going there on the weekend if possible, especially during spring break. It gets super busy. But the thing that I love the most about this part is how efficient everything is. Compared to other theme parks such as Magic Mountain, the people that work here are very good at making sure everything stays organized and moves quickly. Customer service is outstanding, if not exceptional. Everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend getting an express pass, especially on the weekend. It will save you a lot of time and misery, especially in the summer. Definitely recommend visiting here

[ Google Review ] After having lunch and the Beachwood Cafe (highly recommended!!!) we went for a great walk up to the Hollywood sign. It was a warm day however was well worth the truck up. You can’t get up in front of the sign but you can get up right behind the sign. There are ample opportunities for you to take photos on the way up where the sign is very clear. If you could do it I would say go all the way to the top, the view is absolutely rewarding and it is 360° We passed several people however the walk up is not crowded. Make sure you bring lots of water on a hot day!

[ Google Review ] It’s finally here. I have been walking pass this new start up restaurant for sometime now. Today is the first day of the soft lunch and I wanted to be a part of it. The setting is beautiful with bright colors and a high definition video wall featuring live action waterfalls and hot food being prepared on screen. It even has digital aquarium along with the traditional live Fish tank at the entrance of the door. The servers were very helpful and attentive one even gave my dog some water. The food is delicious so fresh and tasty. On this first night of the soft launch several people came out to support this new addition to our Rosemead neighborhood. There is a crowd of various ethnicities. Based on today I can highly recommend this restaurant for a return visit. Come by and visit Rosemead and the Golden Delight restaurant our new stable.

[ Google Review ] This place is so amazing that I wish I had discovered it sooner. The dishes are absolutely innovative and you really can’t find mapo tofu tots anywhere else. And the walnut shrimp burger really teasted like walnut shrimp!! Everything tasted absolutely delicious, which explains the long wait. Milk teas had a strong tea flavor, too. Overall, this is an amazing restaurant, just make sure you order ahead of time.

I ordered their cherry soft serve with the fruity pebble topping and cereal cone! Honestly the best soft serve I had tried ever! The service was great too! I definitely will have to come back when I visit again!
