[ Google Review ] We stayed in Premier room and it was very comfortable room and great stay. Their service was very polite and friendly, and tried to answer our request always. The location is great to chill out at the beach and pool, the restaurant there was also good to have a break by seeing sea. Comparing other 5-star hotel, the price is very affordable, but their service is really good. We surely stay with them next time again.

[ Google Review ] Nice Airport with beautiful scenery especially at night.. as for suggestions, maybe the prayer room for Muslims should be upgraded more so that it will be more comfortable. Lots of mosquitoes at the mini park. Besides that, I love the arrival interior design area as it is so beautiful.

[ Google Review ] The airport is clear and orderly. Customs and baggage control are fast, but the Air Asia Indonesia check-in counter is slow. There was a very long queue while there were many people available at other Air Asia counters. Shame. **Note, if you want something to eat like chips or something else normal without paying a lot for it, get some from the supermarket outside the airport. They have very little and way too expensive!
[ Google Review ] A fantastic, modern hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and luxurious with great views of Bangkok. The facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. My only slight grumble is that the bottled water isn’t complimentary and this wasn’t clear so I was a little surprised at check-out. Aside from this I had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and spa/pool.
