[ Google Review ] we were assigned a suite on the second floor without a lift with a beautiful view of the park of the villa, the reception and services rendered by the employees were excellent. the suite had a rather large bedroom and bathroom. questionable the choice to separate the two rooms with a glass wall that left the view from the room on the bathtub, the shower and one of the two sinks. very long time needed to get hot water in the shower. I couldn't adjust the temperature of the sink taps. the shelf above one of the two sinks made it difficult to use. not easy to use the light switches in the rooms.

[ Google Review ] Our anticipation of this hotel was great, our disenchantment therefore all the greater. For a hotel with supposedly five stars very disappointing! The room had been in need of renovation for a long time. The restaurant was closed, the SPA costs 20 euros extra. The armchairs in the bar are worn out. Despite the friendly and helpful staff and the central location I am sorry to say that neither the condition of the rooms and the furniture nor the infrastructure justify the label luxury hotel.
[ Google Review ] My wife and I spent two nights at the Hotel Negrecoste in October 2022. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Aix. It has a great location right in the center of the old part of Aix, on the beautiful Cours Mirabeau. We had the prestige room which had a comfortable king size bed and a spacious bathroom with a lavish tub and separate shower. The room had generous amenities including robes and slippers. I got two great nights of sleep. The hotel arranged for shuttle from the airport, and for a shuttle to take us to Avignon to board our cruise.
