[ Google Review ] Stanley Park is definitely a highlight of Vancouver with so many aspects to discover. You can walk and/or bike as it’s a large park. We visited the aquarium, the Totem poles, various highlights and the sea wall. I’d say you can spend more than half a day here due to the various spots to check. We went during November end so I’d dress up warm.
[ Google Review ] Amazing park with a lot of beautiful nature and some historical facts as well. You get a great view of everything from all the different lookout points and everything is very walkable. Bridge is very strong, but does move a little bit when walking on it. We also really loved the gift shop and bought quite a few things there. We did everything in about 2 hours.
[ Google Review ] Granville Public Market is a vibrant and essential destination in Vancouver, representing local culture. Its lively atmosphere and diverse array of local vendors offer a unique glimpse into the city's culture. While there, don't miss the opportunity to embark on a scenic ferry tour through False Creek. This experience provides stunning views of the city from the water, making it a perfect complement to the market visit. Whether you're a food lover, a shopper, or simply in search of a lively cultural experience, Granville Public Market and its surrounding attractions are not to be missed."
[ Google Review ] Sunset Beach is my favorite place to go and feel peaceful in the surrounding nature. Not to mention the view of the memorizing Sun sets. It's so beautiful. I love to listen to the ocean waves and just enjoy the ocean and beach atmosphere. I love to explore the sandy beach and collect sea shells. Also, I love taking photos because the scenery is just so breathtaking, and I plan on using the pictures to create my own artwork and decorate my apartment with them. The scenery is very captivating.
[ Google Review ] Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Naturalist Allie and Captain Tino in the semi-closed boat which houses 12 people. Compared to the big boats with 40-60+ people this felt almost like a private tour. Luck is of course always a factor on trips like these, but these guys definitely know how to optimize your chances of spotting the amazing marine wildlife of Vancouver Island. They have my warmest recommendations.
[ Google Review ] There's no better way to view Vancouver and the Pacific Northwest. Everywhere you look is gorgeous. Gondola up and then chairlift to the peak. Busy summer day but still not crowded. In terms of for money... well, it's a million dollar view. Definitely a must visit spot. Worth it for a few hours at the top. If you are a BC resident, let them know when you're buying your tickets and you'll receive a not insignificant discount.
[ Google Review ] Took a ride up to Squamish, and this highway was so beautiful. You are basically driving along the water and mountains all the way up from Vancouver. We thought we had the time to get up to Whistler, but maybe next time. Make sure you have the gas, not a lot of places to grab some when on this road. Goes from two lanes to one lane and opens up in some areas to give the opportunity to pass those slow-moving cars who are just taking it all in.
