[ Google Review ] The pools are very nice and the overall facilities of the Hotel are very amusing, which is the only good thing about the hotel. Wifi does not work, employees are very rude, guests are loud, they don't have robes, they don't even offer a physical menu on the restaurant (mandatory by local law). In summary, the overall experience is not worth the money. If considering coming, would recommend to bring own towels and to have enough internet on your phone. Ahhh and arm yourself with patience!
[ Google Review ] Very very delicious restaurant!!! We tried the Osobuco which was very tasty and tender, and the black ink squid risotto with shrimp. The desserts were great: a frozen turrón with nuts, arequipe and ice cream, and a suspiro with ice cream. The service was excellent as well!

[ Google Review ] Place is great to get in touch with nature. There is a Juan Valdez and an open space to sit in and enjoy the view while sipping on a good coffee. I would recommend the guided tour walk. It takes you all over the park while the guides explain the type of plants/trees they have. You will eventually be taken to the top so you can witness a gran variety of birds in their natural habitat, definitely beautiful and it makes the two hours well worth it! Bring good shoes and comfortable clothing as it may be cold at times.
[ Google Review ] The staff here are incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and provided great wine pairings. The beat salad was delicious. The sizes of the meals can vary so check with your waiter if you’re not super hungry there are some smaller dishes.
[ Google Review ] Nice, informative tour of a coffee plantation in the Colombian coffee region. Similar to coffee tours that I've done in the past. The grounds are beautiful and the information about how Colombian coffee production works is great. Bought some coffee while we were there and brought it home. It's really exceptional and reasonably priced. Worth carting it back to the US.
[ Google Review ] Terrible experience. The place is gorgeous and unfortunately, we weren't able to try other restaurants rather than BAHN BAOS. Really pricey considering the “quality”. It was such a disappointment as the food had no taste, was super simple, and the gyozas were supposed to have shrimp but tasted like pasta only. We opened one of them and they had a little shrimp on one side (so shrimp was there, they didn't taste like it). Now let's talk about the edamame entrance 😔 the sheath was the one that had the flavor on it. Once we managed to take all the edamame out, it wasn't even enough to fill the small recipient they were in so we felt disappointed. The seasoning was good though, so it might be a good idea to have the edamame + the seasoning in a separate small plate? I’m not sure. We also ordered Ramen... The only thing we liked was the Uchuva Soda. We left the gyozas there as it was only pasta. Forgot to mention they did not bring the entire order, so we were able to cancel products. The owner contacted us via social media and offered to cook something for us but never contacted us back to confirm 🫥
[ Google Review ] A beautiful place that offers you a beautiful landscape and air so pure that your lungs feel a little strange. I love it, without a doubt it is a place where we can connect with the supreme being. ❤️✨🇨🇴
[ Google Review ] Tasty food , good service , the food was above our expectations, the food presentation is very well done. Everything was delicious.
[ Google Review ] I unfortunately was feeling rather ill the night I went to Ambar and only had drinks and appetizers before I had to leave. The experience, from reservation to leaving, was high quality. Ambar is modern and looks more like a chíc, big city establishment than a small-town Colombia restaurant. The service was attentive. The crab wheels appetizer was delicious, rich, and served with bread for dipping. The cocktail "de la casa" was thirst-quenching. I look forward to returning. Based on my small sampling, this place is full of flavor and class.
[ Google Review ] Our family spent a wonderful afternoon at this bamboo paradise. The owner, Ximena, is a world-expert on all aspects of Bamboo, she's even had four species named after her! She's transformed a beautiful family finca into a showcase for many species of bamboo from all around the world. She, or one of her guides, take you on a leisurely 2-3 hour stroll through the bamboo plantation she's created. You will learn a lot about the plant, how it grows, as well as the history of the finca. But mostly it is an opportunity to spend time soaking in the sights and sounds of a tropical forest. We did the tour in Spanish, but I understand it can also be done in English. You need to book in advance, but they are very flexible about timings and groups can be as small as two people. You get refreshments provided and chance to take loads of beautiful photos and ask as many questions as you want. Highly recommended!
[ Google Review ] We had a lovely family dinner, everything was delicious, the decorations, the service and the environment is one of the bests in the country. There are vegetarian options, and refreshing drinks with our without alcohol.
