[ Google Review ] If you go to Frenchmen street you can hear all the young and vibrant jazz. Full of energy and excitement. If you want to listen to polished jazz that experience knows how to play this is the place. Even though I prefer the Frenchman style of jazz, this intimate and special experience is a must, to get a fuller picture of the jazz in the city. Come early, like 40min early, to catch a spot in line, or buy tickets ahead of time if you don't mind spending more. There's a couple of bars across the street where you could get some beers. No need to buy ahead of time.
[ Google Review ] Don’t get discouraged with the long line. We waited almost for an hour to get a table, but it was absolutely worth it. I had 3 piece chicken with chef choice and it was the crunchiest and juiciest chicken I ever had. Kind of felt bad when our food was served and the next table people were watching us eat those delicious chicken. Our host was super friendly and got good service. Definitely recommending to my friends who visit NOLA.

[ Google Review ] Unbelievably beautiful! Touring it I couldn't help but imagine myself back in the days it was being built. It's a remarkable feat of construction. If you like history, architecture, statuaries, stained glass and/or the mystic of a very old cathedral (the first in the US) it's a must see. There's also a well stocked Christian gift shop off the main building, I believe it's in a section of the old nunnery.
[ Google Review ] Very cute place. Focus on the outdoor seating area, as there were a lot of people eating outside. I was the only one inside eating. The food was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff members were nice. No dedicated parking lot.
[ Google Review ] I have been eyeing this place for a few years now. There is no parking lot, but you do not have to pay for street parking. A few steps up to the museum. Cash only. Amazing guide full of information and passionate about the history. Fully recommend for locals and tourists alike. Well worth more than the $10 admission.
[ Google Review ] World War ll Museum This place is a treasure of history to include pictures, replicas, recordings and personal memoirs from many people who were there during the conflict. From the very start in Europe and the chaos caused by Hitler, to the bombing of Japan that finally put an end to this tragic war. They not only talk about the war, but the events that led up to it. It is split up into sections, so you leave each section and walk into the next part of history. A few of the areas were set up to make you feel you were there. There was even a section telling about how those at home played their part. Loved the personal interviews that you could listen to. And there are plenty of guides along the way to answer questions. If we brought students here while teaching about this part of history they would leave with not only the facts but would also have a memorable experience of how this part of history affected the entire world. Be sure to give yourself the better part of a day to visit. Admission is $28.50 and was well worth the price. Several places to park for a fee in walking distance. I understand they are always adding new displays so you will probably never have the same experience twice.
[ Google Review ] Got married here; what an excellent wedding venue! Affordable, beautiful, and right in the heart of the French quarter! The museum has a private courtyard, and it's two blocks from Bourbon Street. They worked with us to create our perfect dream wedding. We are very happy!
[ Google Review ] I love Maïs arepa. Food is always good awesome service. They are a little pricey but SOOOO worth it 🔥
[ Google Review ] The Jazz Museum New Orleans is one of the newest gems in the National Park System. It sets a new standard for what a learning experience should offer for both young and old alike. The museum offers a symbiotic view of jazz and New Orleans. Starting in the early days, there is a progression mixed through time in all parts of the museum. Whether you are a jazz aficionado or a newbie, there is something of interest for everyone. Embedded in the basement of the museum is a historical exhibit dedicated to the old mint building in which the museum now resides. It is in sharp contrast to the musical overtones of the floors above, though an interesting display in its own right. It is a part of the museum which can be visited free of charge, as it falls strictly under the educational purview of the National Park Service in conjunction with the Treasury Department. When visiting the museum, be sure to check the schedule of performances set for the musical venue upstairs. If you are lucky, there will be a visiting artist coming in to jam with the resident Park Service Ranger Band, though the band itself is pretty amazing. This is a MUST SEE in New Orleans!
[ Google Review ] The atmosphere is nice to hear some music that's not part of the craziness of the Bourbon Street crowd. You can get a drink or dessert and relax a little bit. If you want something more to fill your tank, there are better food options near by.
[ Google Review ] Love this place. Highly recommend everything on their menu! (Kitfo is my favorite!). Super great for take out and just all around a great restaurant. Can not recommend enough
