[ Google Review ] I haven't played in about a decade and wanted to get around to all the courses I've played before. No need to go back. Greens were just aerated, but didn't seem like they'd be great. Not too bad, though. Can't say that about the tee boxes. Terrible, not flat, chopped up. I'm general fairways, around the greens, etc. had no consistency in the mowing. Range is all dirt with a few small green patches, and off mats with no shade. Short par 62, and only took 4:10, so they pace was decent. The weather was nice. So, yeah, just inconsistent. I'll continue to drive to courses a bit further away and cost only 10-15 more.

[ Google Review ] My son had fun. The course was ok, the rough was RUFF, the greens were great, but the range was terrible. The starter was great and the inside team was good and accommodating.

[ Google Review ] This place has events every Wednesday evenings with live bands where the locals meet. It's alot of fun. I come here with my friends and picnic. You can also order food and drinks on the spot. Definitely a fun experience! (It can get cold at night so be sure to bring warm clothes)

[ Google Review ] Great golf course in LA county. I golfed at the babe. The fairways and greens were well maintained. Only the minus is the tee shot box. Tee shot boxes need to be improved. Fairly good course.

[ Google Review ] I love this place for practicing and just hitting shots. The elevated greens makes it easy and challenging to execute shots with my 56 and 60 wedges. The greens are so small that it's target practice to hit them on holes 1,2,3 a tree protected 4 and sand protected 8th hole.

[ Google Review ] Having the 18 hole golf course at Heartwell Park is really convenient. They are all 3 par holes so you dont have to bring all your clubs. Realistically depending on your game all you need is 7, 8, 9, pitching wedge, sand wedge & putter. This golf course is great to practice your short game on. They also have a driving range and it is lighted for night play.

[ Google Review ] Magnificent way to spend your day. I recently brought my two young kids out to teach them the great game of golf. Hansen Dam Golf course offers a chipping practice field a driving range and a putting green practice field. I was able to go over the basics with my young kids and enjoyed the day.

[ Google Review ] Very nice for a municipal golf course. The grounds are fairly well kept, and you will find great views and maybe even some deer. In terms of the layout, it's a good middle ground between a par 3 and a full sized course. You'll need to break out your driver for sure, but many holes are forgiving (there are just a couple tricky ones). It can get very crowded here, even at off times, so book online and be sure to be EARLY for your tee time. And plan on getting paired up with other players.

[ Google Review ] This is such a nice place to come to visit even if you're not here to golf. There's a park, pickleball courts and basketball courts. The usual sort of things that you find at a park there's a little lake with a fountain in the middle. Overall, it's a very nice area. Very crowded though. As far as the golf goes, we had a lot of fun and it's a great place to golf. We need to come back again. Hot dog $7.

[ Google Review ] I live down the street & have been coming here since I was a kid. Truthfully, I don’t know if it was because of Covid or If it’s just new management but, this place is falling apart. They’ve moved the first tee up like 30 feet so you’re teeing off to a green that’s probably only 40 ft away. You’re paying $40+ for 2 players / 9 holes that aren’t kept up well. They charge you an extra $15 if you come to play on a day where they choose to have the lights on but, even then - only half the lights on the course work. (Greens are dark). If you don’t pay/play for 18 you can only play the front 9. Don’t even think about teeing off from anywhere but the tee Matt (course or range) or they’ll yell at you for messing with the grass they don’t take care of. Pro shop isn’t operational. Cafe is closed. Best thing about this place is probably the mini golf. Even then, the turf is falling apart. I don’t know how they’re able to raise prices & allow none of it to actually go back into the course up keep. Better off going to any other course in the general 5 mile radius if you really want to enjoy your experience.

[ Google Review ] I have been coming to Brookside for over 20 years. There are two courses to choose from, and each offers it's own unique level of difficulty. The golf carts have built in GPS showing you the layout of the hole, and distance to the pin. The cart's software prevents you from going onto the areas approaching the green (approximately 100 yards in). The grounds a well kept, and you definitely feel the serenity of the landscape while playing. There's a large driving range and two practice putting greens. Even just coming for a day of practice at the range is an experience. The pro shop has a lot of great options from gear, balls, and clothing. Lastly, the restaurant is A-Class for this being a public course. The food is great, and the staff here are always pleasant. Negatives: the golf cart will come to an immediate halt when coming close to the putting greens (so stay on the cart path), and the parking close to the course gets full quick unless you have a mega early tee time (be prepared to come an extra 5 minutes earlier to walk from the overflow lot). Driving range prices as of 2022: Sm, $7; Med, $12; Lg, $15.

[ Google Review ] Great place to play golf or get some practice on their driving range. Range is lit very well, for late night sessions. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. especially John. Certain parts of the fairway can use a bit more love, but otherwise I’m pretty good shape. Also a great place to see wildlife :) Will add more golf course pics next trip.

[ Google Review ] I was totally impressed with the course design and the spectacular view of every hole. The course was in excellent shape. Heard a lot of great reviews but I wasn't sure if it's worth to drive an hour and half from Santa Monica to play this course. It surely was a treat! The pace of play was slow. Wonder if everyone was taking their time to enjoy the scenery! One disappointment is that there are no tee box that fits my game. The tee box for championship is 6600 yards and the next is Regular with 6028. Would be great to have one for around 6300. I think the tees setup may contribute to slowness of play because people played from wrong tee! Nonetheless, I would definitely play here again.

[ Google Review ] Harding is a lovely course. 37 front and 35 on the back. They could improve on the conditions, but this is a lovely course. This is now my new home course. Range could improve but I get the discount for the balls for only 2$ per medium bucket, and it is insane. Wilson is great. I played a quick 9 holes in August and shot 34, -3. Wilson and Harding are the best golf courses and you should golf there one day. Wilson is a better course than Harding, both are some of the best muni around. Harding is shorter, more technical.

[ Google Review ] It was nice golf course with great scenic view. But you can see ocean view at few courses not every hole. There were no hazzard so do not worry about lost your ball. They sell various kind of food at the restraunt and great 2 stage range ball facility. You can book a tee time 9 day in advance, it is very popular golf course so you have to make a booking immediately when it is opened.
